BSSA aims to enhance educational opportunities, vocational training, and employment prospects for these groups, enabling them to become self-reliant.
Rehabilitation
BSSA also focuses on providing rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities, victims of substance abuse, and other vulnerable groups.

The overarching goal is to create an inclusive society where everyone can participate fully and contribute to national development.
